ClinicaGuide is intended for registered healthcare professionals, allied health staff and medical, pharmacy and nursing students in Malaysia. You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.

ClinicaGuide summarises Malaysian Clinical Practice Guidelines, peer-reviewed literature and drug-label data using artificial intelligence, and provides clinical calculators. It supports, but does not replace, professional clinical judgement. Answers may be incomplete, out of date or wrong; calculators depend on the values and units you enter. You remain responsible for every clinical decision and must verify recommendations against the official guideline, the product information and the individual patient before acting. The service is not intended for use by patients or the public and is not an emergency service.

• Do not enter patient-identifying information (see the Privacy Policy).
• Do not attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, or circumvent rate limits.
• Do not use the service to produce content that is unlawful or that misrepresents official guidance.
• Do not reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the service without written permission.

Clinical Practice Guidelines remain the property of their publishers (including the Ministry of Health Malaysia and the Academy of Medicine of Malaysia) and are cited with links to the original documents. PubMed records and FDA label data are used under their respective public terms. The ClinicaGuide software, interface and generated summaries are owned by Scancer AI Sdn. Bhd.. You may use answers for your own clinical practice, teaching and study, with attribution to the underlying sources.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, models and evidence sources may change, and we may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Institutional agreements may set out additional service levels.

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Scancer AI Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for clinical outcomes, loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided by the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
